Pelvic Health Physical Therapy

Pelvic therapy first begins with a full-body assessment in order to determine all factors that are contributing to your symptoms.

At your first session, I'll outline what we'll need to address to completely resolve your symptoms and get you back to living your best life!

Then at follow-up sessions, we’ll dive in and treat the issues at hand! This looks different for everybody but can include hands-on work (such as massage or dry needling), exercises, stretches, reviewing healthy behaviors, and more.

I love to help my patients resolve:

  • Urinary leakage during laughing, coughing, sneezing, exercising, and more

  • Strong urinary urges and urinary frequency and urinary hesitancy

  • Constipation or fecal incontinence, painful bowel movements

  • Pelvic pain, pain with intercourse, painful periods

  • Pelvic heaviness, prolapse, and pressure in the pelvic region

  • Pain associated with endometriosis, interstitial cystitis, PCOS, and other pelvic disorders

  • Lower back pain, hip pain, abdominal pain, and more

  • Pain associated with your growing baby: lower back pain, hip pain, abdominal pain

  • SI joint pain/instability
